ARIZONA MISCONDUCT INVOLVING WEAPON ATTORNEY

  • Up to 3.75 years in prison;
  • Up to 4 years of supervised probation;
  • Up to $150,000 in court fines plus surcharges.

 

  • If it is charged as a Class 6 Felony:
  • Up to 2 years in prison;
  • Up to 3 years of supervised probation;
  • Upt to $150,000 in court fines plus surcharges.

 

  • If it is charged as a Class 1 Misdemeanor;
  • Up to 6 months in jail;
  • Up to 3 years of supervised probation;
  • Up to $2,500 in court fines plus surcharges.
